80s "Pinned up" Plaid Pleated Skirt

This vintage 80s era pleated skirt is absolutely incredible because it features silver pins and silver hardware that was put on by the original owner during the 80s punk era. This piece has so much character and life. Can be styled in so many different ways. Has intentional “damage” done by the original owner, including a hole / tear that is embellished with safety pins.
